    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Clients (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") and

     (hereinafter referred to as "Videographer") for professional wedding videography services.

    1. Event Details

    The Videographer agrees to provide videography services for the Clients on , at . Estimated Number of Guests: .


    2. Scope of Work

    The Videographer agrees to provide professional wedding videography services on the date and at the location specified above. Services include, but are not limited to:


    • Full-day videography coverage
    • Pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception coverage
    • Highlight film (approx.  minutes)
    • Full ceremony edit
    • Reception edit (if applicable)
    • Audio recording and music overlay
    • Raw Footage (if included)
    • Additional deliverables may be purchased for an agreed-upon fee.

    3. Payment and Fees


    • Total Fee: The total fee for the wedding videography services is $, which includes  , professional editing, and travel within a  mile radius.
    • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $ is required to secure the wedding date. The wedding date is not considered reserved until this payment is received.
    • Balance Due: The remaining balance of $ is due no later than  . The Videographer is under no obligation to provide services if payment has not been made in full.
    • Additional Fees: Any services requested beyond the agreed scope (such as extended hours, rush editing, or additional copies of final videos) must be paid in full at the time of ordering or request.


    3. Cancellation and Rescheduling


    • Client Cancellations: If the Clients cancel the videography services, the booking fee shall be retained by the Videographer. If the cancellation occurs within  of the wedding date, the full contract amount is due.
    • Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the wedding with at least  notice, subject to the Videographer’s availability.
    • Videographer Cancellations: If the Videographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, reasonable efforts will be made to secure a qualified substitute. If none is available, the Videographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made.


    4. Pre-Wedding Consultation

    A consultation shall be scheduled to plan the wedding coverage, timeline, and key moments to be captured. This meeting may take place in person, over the phone, or via email. A follow-up consultation approximately two weeks prior to the event is recommended.


    5. Wedding Day Schedule

    Both the Clients and Videographer agree to adhere to a mutually agreed timeline to ensure thorough coverage of the wedding day.

    The Clients understand that any delays or changes to the schedule may affect the quantity and quality of the footage delivered.


    6. Cooperation and Guest Conduct

    The Clients agree to provide reasonable access and cooperation to allow the Videographer to document the wedding day. The Videographer is not responsible for missed footage due to interference from guests, venue restrictions, or failure to communicate schedule changes.


    7. Venue Policies and House Rules

    The Clients shall notify the Videographer of any venue restrictions (e.g., no lighting or sound equipment, restricted areas). The Videographer will not be held liable for coverage limitations due to such restrictions. It is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure necessary permissions are obtained.


    8. Copyright and Usage Rights


    • Videographer’s Rights: All raw and edited footage remains the intellectual property of the Videographer.
    • Client License: Clients are granted a personal-use license to view, share, and display the final videos. Commercial use, broadcasting, or resale is not permitted without the Videographer’s written consent.
    • Promotional Use: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the Videographer may use portions of the wedding film for promotional purposes, including portfolios, advertising, and social media.


    9. Model Release

    The Clients grant the Videographer and their legal representatives the right to use footage of them and their guests for promotional and advertising purposes unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the event.


    10. Editing and Delivery


    • Editing Discretion: The final editing style, music selection, and creative approach are at the discretion of the Videographer, consistent with the studio’s brand and quality standards.
    • Delivery Timeframe: Final edited films will be delivered within after the event date via .


    11. Limit of Liability

    In the event of technical failure, data loss, or other unforeseen issues that prevent delivery of the final product, the Videographer’s liability is limited to the return of all monies paid. No further liability shall be incurred.


    12. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, civil disturbances, pandemics, or government restrictions.


    13. Client Expenses

    The Clients agree to reimburse the Videographer for travel beyond , lodging (if applicable), parking, permit fees, or other necessary expenses incurred for the performance of services.


    14. Returned Payments

    A fee of  will be charged for any returned or failed payments (e.g., insufficient funds, bounced checks). The Clients are responsible for any collection or legal fees necessary to enforce this Agreement.


    15. Amendments

    This Agreement may only be modified by a written instrument signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not enforceable.


    16. Termination

    This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.


    17. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation in the state where the wedding is held. Legal action may be pursued if mediation fails.


    18. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of  .
