How does the free account work?

Creating your free account gives you access to almost every feature. Your account is free for life. Upgrade to any paid plan when you need more storage.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can upgrade, change and cancel your plan at any time. There is no lock-in and no obligation beyond the monthly fee.

What happens if I outgrow my storage?

Upgrade to a larger plan whenever you need to. You can change plans at any time.

Do you support multi-photographer studios?

We do. The plans on this page apply to single-photographer businesses. Please contact us to ask about custom pricing.

Am I required to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. Every plan is available on a month-to-month basis.

Do you charge sales commission fees?

Paid plans have no commission. The free plan charges a 15% fee only if and when you make a sale.

Can I add more video storage?

Yes. Video add-ons give you 100 GB, 500 GB or 2 TB of video storage, with 4K support and original-file downloads.
