This Property Release (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned Owner (“Owner”) of the property described below, granting permission to the Photographer/Videographer (“Photographer”) to photograph, film, or otherwise capture the Property as described herein.

Grant of Rights
The Owner hereby grants to the Photographer and their legal representatives, licensees, agents, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to enter and use the Property for the purpose of photographing, filming, or recording visual media content on the date of The Owner further grants the right to use and publish visual representations of the Property in any medium, including for commercial, editorial, promotional, or advertising use, without restriction.
Release of Claims
The Owner waives any right to inspect or approve the final media. The Owner releases the Photographer and all associated parties from any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the Property or any images captured thereon.

The undersigned confirms they are the legal owner or have authority to grant access to the Property listed above.
