Yes, you can view your client's favorite images!
Inside the gallery, if you select Favorites in the side menu, you will then see two tabs, Settings and Activity. Inside the Activity tab you will see all the images your clients have favorited. From there, you can actually turn those images into a folder inside the gallery.
